These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the SaigonWalks, a travel product by Scivi Company Limited, incorporated in Vietnam, located at https://saigonwalks.com. By using this website and/or using our travel products, you agree to accept and comply with these terms and conditions.

  1. Booking and Payment

SaigonWalks offers walking tours and other travel-related services. All bookings and payments are to be made through the SaigonWalks website or other authorized booking channels. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the client: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing or via email to SaigonWalks. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.

Cancellation by SaigonWalks: SaigonWalks reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as extreme weather or unforeseen closures of tour venues. In such cases, SaigonWalks will offer an alternative tour or a full refund.

  1. Liability

SaigonWalks is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of its services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  1. Privacy Policy

SaigonWalks is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services you have requested. We will not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties without your consent.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the SaigonWalks website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SaigonWalks and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any of this content without our prior written consent.
