Dim Sum is a tasty traditional dish that is excellent when served with hot tea. It derived from Cantonese in the third century, when they used secret procedures to create them. It was dividered from Cantonese in the 3rd century, they were using secret techniques to make them.

The most well-known traditional Cantonese dim sum is char siu bao or char siu pao (叉烧包). Dim sum can be one of the most delectable and unusual meals you've ever experienced.

The soft and supple bread, dripping soy-based rich gravy, and meaty filling combine to create a gastronomic marvel. The contents and crust of the char siu dumplings will cling together when separated. The crimson hue of the filling adds to the appeal of the cake.

Char Siu Bao is a bun stuffed with grilled pork. In Chinese, barbecued pork is known as Char Siu (or char siew), thus the name Char Siu Bao. This pork bun is often consumed from early morning to early afternoon and is typically served with Chinese tea, also known as "yum cha" (drinking tea) in Hong Kong. Nowadays, BBQ may be found on many lunch menus at Chinese restaurants all around the world, including Vietnam.
